For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract to us. This period is deemed to have been respected if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

At Chaussures Marie-Thérèse Jeanmart, the customer has 14 days from the date of shipment of the items to return them (with the exception of sale items), subject to compliance with the conditions stated in the paragraphs below. Upon receipt of the package, Chaussures Marie-Thérèse Jeanmart will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. Any item that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated, will not be refunded or exchanged. If the customer's order includes several items and they wish to return more than one item, they must select all the items they wish to exchange or have refunded during this return request.

Any return of items from different orders not respecting this condition cannot be processed according to the deadlines provided by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

8.3 Exercising the right:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either a refund of the sums paid or an exchange of the item. In the case of an exchange, the re-shipment will be at the expense of Chaussures Marie-Thérèse Jeanmart. One exchange per item is authorized.

In case of a refund request, Chaussures Marie-Thérèse Jeanmart commits to refunding the sums paid by the consumer within thirty days.
